The Osteria Vinosté was born from an idea of Andrea and the desire to create a place where you breathe the atmosphere of the historic Italian taverns.

Food, wine and conviviality are the fundamental ingredients that have always marked the typicality and notoriety of some environments.


Come and visit us and you will discover the taste of typical dishes, cold cuts and selected cheeses, polenta and mushrooms, seasonal vegetables at zero km, and many other surprises.




The taste laboratory.

Everything comes from the purchase of local products, the passion of the producer, through a careful selection of the products themselves and the seasons. All this to ensure freshness and authenticity that you will find in our dishes.

Our life experiences have therefore led us to the search for excellent raw materials of every territory, with particular attention to the characteristic specialties of the regions that overlook our lake: Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino.

Every week, often every day, special dishes will be offered
created with seasonal products offered by nature.

We are available to prepare seafood menu but only by reservation, only fresh fish.

You can book for groups and/or groups a lunch or dinner at a fixed price,
agreeing with us in advance the menu.

Antipasti

In our appetizers you can find local cold cuts and cheeses, proposed with gardener and hot bread.

One of our specialties is the carne salada that Andrea supplies directly from his butcher on the plateau of Paganella.
You can taste it in purity, with a drizzle of Garda D.O.P oil or with the chef’s fancy garnish.

We combine mushrooms, salami and cheese from Trentino to our polenta, itself the result of research, quality, cooked in our professional polenta maker.

First Courses

The pasta we use varies from fresh homemade pasta without preservatives (0,22 lbs of flour, 1 egg) to dry pasta exclusively of Italian durum wheat. Our rice is exclusively Vialone Nano. Our express cooking, provide the appropriate waiting for cooking, your guarantee of quality.

Our meat sauce varies seamlessly according to the offer of our producers and the inspiration of the chefs. In the soup of the day you will find the love we put in every preparation and the warmth of the flavors of the past.

Among our specialties we recommend pasta and beans and tripe.
When the tripe is available, outside the front door you will find a board with the word "TRIPPAADVISOR".

We have homemade tortellini with precious filling of various meats with chicken, bitter ravioli with St. Peters grass, Capunsei, Passatelli immersed in our broth strictly without the addition of artificial flavorings.

Second Courses

Let’s start from the tradition with salted Cod, Garda's Pike, boiled, ribs, bones holes and saffron rice, roasts, etc.

We select the best meat from the world for our ribs, never under the kilo.

In the appropriate season we treat the pig in all its culinary nuances.

We offer game and farmyard animals according to availability, of certified origin, in some cases coming from free game allowed.

At every course we match seasonal contours of our producers.

Side dishes and desserts

Only fresh seasonal vegetables, exclusively Italian mushrooms. In the right period you can taste the special Broccoletti of Custoza, proposed in various ways.

Among our homemade desserts, we remember the Sbrisolona, served with Grappa, and the homemade ice cream with warm berries in sweet solemnity.
